Full Time Drivers: Start at $26.00 per hour (up to $28.00 per hour)* Part Time Drivers: Start at $25.50 per hour (up to $27.50 per hour)* * Included in this rate is a $1.50 per pay hour monthly performance bonus which is earned through several areas (idling, speed, bus damage, etc.). After 1 year of service the per hour pay rate increases by $0.50. Then after 2 years of service the per hour pay rate increases by an additional $0.50. Then after 5 years of service the per pay rate increases by an additional $1.00. The Facts: Our top Full Time Drivers who invested 5+ years of service make over $85,000 per year and if you climbed aboard with us as a Part Time driver (mid-week availability a must) who works just 2-days per week, they could make at least $25,000 per year! This is an excellent opportunity for a semi-retired individual to make some additional income. Please keep in mind: • You get paid while you sit waiting for your group (pre-trip to post-trip each day). • You get paid a guaranteed minimum set of hours per day when working. • The Company provides a cash meal allowance which ranges from $0-$30 for a day trip, $40 per day for overnights, and $50 per day (or overnight) when visiting a major city (ex. NYC, DC, Boston). • You have the potential to earn additional gratuities. Our project will involve removing church pews and underlayment subfloor and carpet and installing wood floors and reinstalling the existing pews.
