Your Role and Responsibilities

While producing treatment plans with function-based replacement skills across social and communication domains, the BCBA is expected to coordinate and consult with other professionals while training to maintain fidelity to the assigned program services line. The BCBA is responsible for maintaining compliance and program reporting across a myriad of forms that includes completing the written documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care and in fast-paced environments: ED, critical care, surgical services, etc.

Requirements
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license (states with pending or future implementation dates are not considered current compact states until the implementation date)

All Remote Hospice Triage RNs, once trained to their originally assigned team are paid $23 per hour. There are multiple opportunities to increase the hourly rate. All part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Establish and maintain data measurement systems with supervisees to ensure data collection and analyses for documentation, Compliance, and reporting purposes.
Develop and complete the oversight for Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations that include an individual’s program assessment and implementation while reporting on the program effectiveness and progress of behavioral plans along with curriculum modifications occurring on a regular and consistent basis.
Ensure that all treatment plans conform to meet or exceed the contract requirements for our funding source(s).
Maintain continuity of care with treatment and standards of care with the delivery of services for our program participants.

Travel

Requirements
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active RBT certification (UNIFI will help you obtain certification if needed).
Satisfactory background check.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and active auto coverage.
CPR certification (paid for by UNIFI).
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, run, stoop, and sit on the floor.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and guide as a supervisor, offering oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) supporting the patients on your caseload.
Provide consistent support and training to patients' families and caregivers, fostering a collaborative approach to care.
Extended ongoing support and training to various individuals within a patient’s Health Resource Community, including pediatricians, OTs, SLPs, and more.
Cultivate strong communication and collaboration with the Programming BCBA, ensuring effective Protocol Modification.
Embrace a dynamic role by performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Integration.
