Join Us! We are looking for a great team member to join our landscape department in the Nocatee community! We have an immediate opening for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing high end projects or Golf course maintenance. The Landscape Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of landscaping projects for all Nocatee properties. This role involves managing a landscape team, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining client relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all landscape maintenance work is completed properly, timely, and safely. Supervise and oversee the daily coordination of lawn maintenance personal, irrigation technicians and subcontractors working for the District. The ideal candidates must have good knowledge of turf grass, plant material, and horticultural practices. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Requirements Position Requirements One year of Horticulture experience preferred. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation systems, and pest management. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management. Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Able to work both collaboratively while being adept at handling individual assignments with precision and dedication. Physical Abilities Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
