The Catering Sous Chef will coordinate, plan for and participate in execution of all catering food production. Works collaboratively with the entire catering team and dining staff to ensure high quality product and service are provided.  Flexibility and cultivation of a positive work environment is essential.   Will require working in multiple locations across the campus.  Report to the Catering Chef. Patio season is here and we have immediate openings for support staff including host and food runners.
