Your responsibilities will include: Elicits and analyzes IT requirements to determine customer needs.   Interfaces with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information as it relates to software applications and computer hardware.   Serves as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations.   Directly contributes to IT program/project efforts (e.g., validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements).   Reports on technical progress, identifies resolution for problem areas, and writes and reviews technical documentation.  Requirements Requires two (2) years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community,   Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.   Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree Must possess a U.S government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a polygraph (TS/SCI w/ polygraph).  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Conduct regular review and analysis of detailed transactions residing in the Bond program accounting software (Deltek Costpoint). Assist Accounting Manager in identifying errors and develop innovative approaches to minimize risk of repeat discrepancies. Develop new reports to help provide transparency into Bond Program expenditures. Review Bond Program invoices and process approved payables per accounting procedures. Enter invoice payment requests into program accounting software. Communicate with applicable construction and professional services vendors as needed. Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and resolve expeditiously. Reconcile financial accounts. Assist in processing of general contractor’s payment analysis.
