Riot Hospitality Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Bartenders to join our esteemed restaurant group, where you'll play a key role in bringing to life a new, innovative, and exclusive fine-dining supper club located in Old Town’s Entertainment District that blends artistry, entertainment, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities: Pour, serve, and mix a variety of drinks, including classic and signature cocktails, suggesting drinks based on guest preferences. Prep the bar before service — stock supplies, ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and ice. Welcome guests warmly and create a positive experience. Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service. Process payments accurately using the POS system. Work with staff to ensure smooth service and delegate tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Prior bartending experience including basic bar knowledge, along with the ability to craft drinks consistently and accurately, preferably in a fine-dining setting. Understanding of state and local liquor laws. A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to take initiative. Strong communication skills for taking orders, recommending drinks, engaging with customers, and coordinating with other staff. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods. Required food and alcohol certifications.
