This picture is installed in an 15x15 black wood frame which has a small gouge at the top, near the center. The frame includes conservation glass featuring TruGuard (registered trademark) UV light blocking protection. The frame is backed with brown paper and a wire for hanging. 3) *PSA/DNA COA" Steve Carlton Philadelphia Phillies Autographed 16"x20" Mat Photo on AGFA Professional Paper. Part of the Cooperstown Collection and Steiner Sports Memorabilia "Catch the Moment" Collectibles. Photo quality remains bright and clear.
