This manager is for The Vault, which includes the Vault Steakhouse and the Vault Garden. This is a salaried position, reporting directly to the upper management of the restaurant as well as the Corporate Management Team. The position averages 50 hours a week, with two days off in a row. Medical/dental benefits for full time team members as well as a paid vacation plan. Responsibilities include: * overseeing and directing the daily restaurant operations, staffing (including but not limited to hiring and training) * maintaining policies, standards and sequence of service * being an advocate and leader of hospitality * harmonizing the team around Hi Neighbor's mission and values and desire to provide a highly efficient and effective service. Requirements for this job are prior management experience and the full knowledge and capability of participating in all aspects of the front-of-house (host, server, food runner, bartender). A strong food and beverage knowledge, especially wine, is also preferred. Must be able to frequently go up and down stairs throughout the day, carry large trays and lift up to 50lbs.
