Full Time Drivers: Start at $26.00 per hour (up to $28.00 per hour)* Part Time Drivers: Start at $25.50 per hour (up to $27.50 per hour)* * Included in this rate is a $1.50 per pay hour monthly performance bonus which is earned through several areas (idling, speed, bus damage, etc.). After 1 year of service the per hour pay rate increases by $0.50. Then after 2 years of service the per hour pay rate increases by an additional $0.50. Our project will involve removing church pews and underlayment subfloor and carpet and installing wood floors and reinstalling the existing pews. The church is approximately 2,500 square feet, so a large crew is not required, but care must be taken in handling the existing pews and remaining church structure and furniture.
