Job Title: European-Style Server Location: Pasta Sisters Culver City Job Type: Part-Time About Us: At Pasta Sisters, we are passionate about providing an exceptional and unique dining experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking European-Style Server to join our team and help us maintain our reputation. Job Summary: As a Server, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring the highest standards of customer service. At Pasta Sisters, our dining style is fast-casual counter-service. Therefore, this is NOT a traditional waiter position - this is a European-Style Server position. Our Servers have multiple duties and responsibilities, including: -Greeting customers -Facilitating the seating process -Running food and drink -Interacting with guests, handling customer requests, occasionally taking orders on the floor, and providing customer service -Bussing tables -Cleaning -Polishing silverware and glassware -Opening and closing the restaurant, as needed Qualifications: -Great work ethic and ability to handle multiple roles at once -Upbeat, kind, and welcoming attitude centered on customer satisfaction -Ability to work in a team environment under fast-paced conditions -Attentive and communicative -Food Handlers Certificate -Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is strongly preferred How to Apply: If you’re passionate about the restaurant industry and think you'd be a good fit for the job, we’d love to hear from you!
