As a switcher with Stone Transport you will be responsible for monitoring 4 scrap chutes. Trailers are loaded by the switcher then tarped. You must be proficient in backing up tandem and multi axle trailers and pay close attention to safety and must maintain a clean work area. 3rd shift will be Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am; Expect frequent Fridays. Equipment: Heavy Duty Tractors/Trailers manual 13/18 speed. The Ideal Yard Switching Candidate must be able to: Work assigned schedule Work overtime, including weekends, if needed Pass a pre-employment backgrounds checks Experience: CDL Class A End Dump trailer experience preferred.
