Our team combines traditional craftsmanship with modern precision — producing everything in-house from frames to finish. Position: Production Foreman We’re looking for an experienced Production Foreman to oversee daily shop operations, including upholstery, woodworking, and finishing. This role manages scheduling, materials readiness, and shop staff to keep production running smoothly and on schedule. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day production across upholstery and casework Schedule jobs, assign workloads, and track progress Ensure materials and fabrics are ready for upcoming projects Supervise and support craftspeople to maintain quality and efficiency Coordinate with QC lead to uphold finishing standards Recruit, train, and onboard new team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements 5–7 years experience in custom furniture and upholstery Strong scheduling and organizational skills Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly with the team Hands-on understanding of shop processes and materials Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Calm leadership and accountability mindset
