A Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and training of all janitorial staff hired to service the facility (client site). We are currently in need of a 2nd Shift Supervisor (2pm to 10:30pm) for our Birmingham Airport client site. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of a particular account to include, but not limited by, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing a high-quality level of service, training employees, adhering to company policies and procedures, and insuring a safe working environment. Job Duties: -Establish and maintain open lines of communication with our client, the Operations Manager, and the Project Manager -Ensure proper use of supplies and equipment through the observation and training of employees -Be able to operate all types of cleaning machinery and equipment -Help with recruitment and new hire orientation -Adhere to company guidelines for discipline procedures -Weekly inspections with the project manager -Review the daily hours for the facility -Review safety record weekly -Must pass background check Job Type: Full-time **Candidates must pass a federal criminal background check.
