We are seeking Servers with Bartender experience who are passionate about food, people, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence and knowledge. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally. • Provide recommendations, upsell specials, and pairings that reflect Safta’s cuisine. • Ensure tables are set, clean, and maintained throughout service. • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. • Setup Bar prior to open Qualifications • Prior serving and bartending experience in a full-service or upscale restaurant preferred. • Multitasking and Time Management – Bartenders must handle multiple drink orders, chat with guests, restock supplies, and keep the bar clean — all at once • Drink Knowledge & Accuracy – Knowing recipes, portions, and proper techniques (mixing, shaking, pouring, garnishing) ensures consistent quality and compliance with alcohol laws. • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. • Excellent communication and hospitality skills. • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach. • NYC Food Handler’s License a plus (or willingness to obtain).
