Who You Are: Experienced in full-service dining (high volume preferred) Calm, positive, and team-first under pressure Curious about Southeast Asian food + wine Reliable and available for PM shifts Have or can get a CA Food Handler’s Card What You’ll Do: Greet guests fast, read the room, keep service flowing Know the menu in and out, allergens, and wine pairings Pre-bus constantly; check-back with intention Support the team — run food, run drinks, host, reset, restock Handle the POS cleanly and close balanced Keep it easygoing and professional Cross-Training Everyone learns every position: Server | Runner | Host | Bar Support | Service Lead Shadow We rotate so the team stays sharp, flexible, and connected.
