Responsibilities and Duties Inspect and monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance. Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects. Provide on-site construction management duties during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning and occupancy phases. Provide support in project planning, procurement, design, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Interface with clients to define project requirements. Review schedule and align project work plan and deadlines with requirements. Lead and manage the construction quality assurance process. SUMMARY Responsible for following both ChemStation food safety and food hygiene practices and rules, the Service Technician gains access to the customer’s facility to inspect, perform equipment installation and maintenance, and at times safely dispense cleaning agents and processing aids that were ordered while following agreed upon practices from the customer.
