Quality Control: Monitoring drying times, ensuring finishes are free of drips or runs, and making adjustments as needed. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure project are completed on time and to the required standards. Attention to Detail: Crucial for achieving precise and high-quality finishes. Precision and Steady Hand: Required for skillful operation of spray equipment. Will be spray painting with a crew (21) 2 story residential buildings. Will have to climb ladder. 3-6 week project.
