Apartment Cleaner – Part Time - Entry Level-Cash Pay 1st 90 Days! (Rochester Hills)

Location: Rochester Hills, MI - John R Rd and Hamlin Rd About Us: Charles Hamlet Apartments is a 124-unit community dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming living environment for our residents. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our apartments, hallways, and community grounds. Responsibilities: Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entryways, and common areas Assist with general cleaning tasks around the property and office areas Pick up trash and maintain overall appearance of the grounds Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner Report any maintenance or safety issues to management Qualifications: Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (not required) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from the property and at the property. Must be dependable and punctual Schedule and Pay: Flexible schedule; part-time to full-time depending on workload Pay starting at $17 per hour depending on experience, will do a review after 90 days for more pay Bi-Weekly Pay Only - Will Receive Cash Pay Only for First 90 Days. Taxes are then taken out if you are a fit for our company after the 90 day probation period. Do not expect to get paid at the end of your first week. It also depends on the day you start in our pay period as to the weeks or hours you do get paid on your first check. You are paid on a bi-weekly basis every two week after your first check. We do 1/2 hour lunches. It's recommended that you bring your own cooler with proper drink and food to get you through the day.
