The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to units within the Department of Information Services, with a focus on Applications and Data Analysis, as well as Digital Transformation support. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Applications and Data Analysis, and supports Department Unit Heads. Assists in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials. Attends meetings and takes notes of discussions; prepares initial drafts of minutes and summaries. Prepares documents, reports, tables, and charts, and distributes them as appropriate. Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports accurately and on time. Completes a variety of special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports, and agenda materials.

Duties include receiving shipments and checking them in, filing paperwork, receiving repairs for shades and blinds, learning how to repair shades and blinds and helping customers with parts and other questions.
