Competitive or better pay! Full- Time or Part-time DAYTIME SHIFT – Your shift should be completed before we open for dinner. Keep dish area, equipment shelving, and kitchen equipment clean and organized. Clean exterior surfaces of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and maintain clean refrigeration gaskets. Clean hood filters, clean polish interior, exterior of hood surfaces and stainless/frp walls behind equipment. Assisting in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant. 1. Assist with general cleanliness of the back of the house, front of the house, and restrooms. 2. Wash, sanitize and dry all kitchen utensils, equipment and other items placed in the dish area or as requested by Management and Staff. 3. Able to move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. 4.
