Ability to maintain adequate attendance. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to attend trainings and meetings. Must possess general cooking knowledge. License & Certification Must be at least 18 years of age. Education Degree High School/GED Education Required No Work Experience Related One (1) or more years of line cook experience in a kitchen demonstrating proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation. Physical Demands Moderate to considerable physical effort that includes working from ladders in awkward positions. Frequent use of light or medium weight objects (e.g., 25-50 lbs.) and use of medium weight tools.
