Room for rent in 2bd/ 1.5 bth townhome, in the Stone Mountain area. Looking to rent out 2nd bedroom at a reduced rate, in exchange for help with 2 dogs (Diesel and Diablo). Room is large enough for a King or Queen bed, dresser, and other items. Room also has large closet and ceiling fan. Full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. Full house privileges to include kitchen space, washer/dryer, and the rest of the shared space. Rent is reduced to $500/month in exchange for help feeding and walking dogs, as well as occasional dog sitting. Seeking gay male since I am, who is neat, clean, organized, has steady job and source of income. I am very selective since it is my home and dogs. Must be able to provide personal references, job references, and job verification. Must also have experience with large dogs and be physically fit since each dogs weighs in at roughly 90-100lbs.
