Laborer – Fire/Water Restoration 📍 Deerfield, MA ⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday 💲 $17/hour 🚨 Immediate Start About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Laborer to join our fire and water damage restoration team. This is a hands-on position that involves assisting with cleanup, demolition, and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, or other damage. Training will be provided, but candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and ready to jump in immediately. Responsibilities: Assist with cleanup and restoration of fire and water-damaged structures Perform demolition, debris removal, and site preparation Operate basic hand and power tools safely Assist in setting up drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required Work collaboratively with the restoration team to complete jobs efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, smoke, and water damage Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Previous construction, demolition, or restoration experience a plus (not required) Benefits: Steady schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Hands-on training in fire and water restoration techniques Opportunity to grow with a respected restoration company

Able to work respectfully with others and listen to other employees before jumping to a conclusion. Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of our customers in a timely and effective manner. Follow and comply with all requirements made by the New Mexico Environmental Health Department as well our safety standards and cleanliness measures. Effectively follow all of our cleaning procedures to insure a sanitary work environment. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift anywhere between 30 to 50 pounds. Able to work at least an 8 hour day standing/walking.
