Mount This Fish Company is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the last open position and join our team at entry level to assist our production staff with assembly of our fish replicas. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world. Primary tasks: -- Glassing Molds -- Assembling Blanks -- Cutting Blanks Occasional Additional tasks: -- Prepping Blanks For Paint -- Assisting Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks Starting rate is $16/hr with a 30 day evaluation period. Raise is possible at the 90 day review dependent on ability to comprehend and complete our process and techniques. Most employees are up to $17/hr at the 90 day mark. We do have an incentive program that rewards the team for high performance increasing hourly rate by up to $3/hr. Employees may be eligible after 90 days. Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use. Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred. Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months. PTO available after 1 year. This position will require you to wear a ventilation mask at times. Please message with questions or resume if interested. This is a Fiberglass Manufacturing Company.
