We are seeking a highly skilled Custom Craftsman to join our team, specializing in commercial casework fabrication and installation. This role involves working on a variety of custom-built items including: Benches Desks Wall paneling Architectural planters Other detailed wood and laminate fixtures What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, or similar custom fabrication environments Proven ability to read and interpret shop drawings and build from specifications Extensive knowledge and safe operation of power hand tools (routers, planers, drills, saws, sanders, etc.) High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and material finishes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced shop or on-site environment Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude Bonus Skills (Not Required): CNC experience Installation experience Metal/wood hybrid fabrication We Offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on high-end, custom architectural projects Growth potential within a respected and creative team
