POSITION OVERVIEW Biena is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to keep our headquarters office running smoothly, and support the team with administrative activities.  The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives on organization. Location: Waltham, MA (On-site, 5 days per week) Primary Responsibilities: Keep the office tidy, clean, and organized daily Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen are well-maintained and presentable Restock essential supplies such as snacks, water, coffee Manage outgoing shipments of R&D and sales samples from the office Coordinate logistics for quarterly team events, including booking venues and catering Greet visitors, handle incoming mail, calls, and deliveries Liaise with building management and office vendors as needed Support Biena team with other administrative needs as they arise Requirements Bachelor's Degree Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, or project management role Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with internal teams and external partners A proactive and quick learner with the ability to master new systems and processes. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Our clients include local, state and federal courts, the House of Representatives, Department of Defense and clients in the private sector. We are looking for experienced Court Reporters to work on a contract basis to visit client sites in their local area. You will use specialized equipment to create an accurate record of proceedings in numerous places including legal courts, non-profit board rooms, and depositions. We are very flexible, and looking for candidates that can work anywhere from a few jobs a month to 2-3 per week.
