Uphold principles of confidentiality, accuracy, impartiality, professionalism, and cultural competence in every assignment. Establish and maintain positive, professional interactions with patients, customers, healthcare providers, and clinical staff. Continuously improve specialized vocabulary and subject matter knowledge (e.g., medical, legal, social services) to meet client needs. Demonstrate professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality throughout the interpretation process.
