Knox Attorney Service is hiring a full-time Client Service Representative for its Records Retrieval Department. This position involves obtaining records for our legal clientele pursuant to deposition subpoenas. This requires scheduling appointments with various facilities to obtain the requested documents which may include medical records, radiology films, insurance documents, billing or employment records. Duties include: Providing daily status updates to clients via phone calls and emails, monitoring orders for follow up with the facilties, receive records and provide to client per their request, close out orders and submit for billing. You will be trained on our proprietary computer system. Requires computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook, excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. You will be communicating with our legal clientele so you must be professional. This is an in-office position Monday through Friday 8 - 5 p.m. Must be dependable. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must. Details: Litigation Attorney They need an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience, 2+ years of this should include commercial litigation (for example contracts and business disputes; construction and/or environmental litigation a plus). The Litigation Attorney is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on business activities conducted by the company to management, sales, and operations personnel.
