Cultural fit – must be willing to comply with company systems, values, and standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2–4 painters/helpers. Submit daily updates, photos, and metrics via company apps/software. Communicate progress and issues to the owner in real-time. Handle prep work: sanding, masking, caulking, patching. Perform painting: cutting, rolling, spraying. Set up, operate, and maintain sprayers (airless; HVLP a plus). Power wash, scrape, or repair surfaces as needed. Ensure jobsites are safe, organized, and spotless at the end of each day. Train helpers and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency. Provide daily client updates on progress and next steps. Maintain equipment and supplies (brushes, sprayers, ladders) in good condition. Ensure the team has supplies needed at all times — designate a helper for runs or go themselves if necessary. Resolve problems on site or escalate quickly to avoid downtime. Hold crew accountable for productivity and quality standards. Complete jobs on schedule and to company expectations. Requirements 5+ years painting experience (residential interiors/exteriors). Prior foreman or crew leader experience strongly preferred. Must be willing to carry ladders, power wash, spray, and do what it takes. Must know how to use and maintain sprayers (airless required; HVLP a plus). Must be comfortable with smartphones, apps, and reporting software. Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding when needed. Confidence, positivity, professionalism, and respect for company culture are non-negotiable. Pay & Benefits $27–$30/hr depending on experience. Steady year-round work (interior season locked in). Job description; includes but is not limited to being on call 2 nights a week working hours from 7am-5pm or till job is complete. Work will include routine maintenance, electrical systems ,heavy equipment, troubleshooting, hydraulics welding, heavy lifting and other. Requirements to be Employed with M.T.G. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, have held a drivers license three years and a clean drivers record with no DUI or major accidents in the last ten years. Be mechanically inclined. The ability to pick up 70lbs plus consecutively. Be able to fallow rules and directions. Have a mobile smart phone that has service. Have ability to fill out federal documents for inspections and legible handwriting. Keep the service truck that is provided to you clean and maintained properly, and inventory all tools and supplies provided to you daily. We Pay Weekly on fridays based off of booked hour structure. Starting pay is $27.5 depending on tools and experience pay can get up to $32.5 per hour. We do not limit the amount you work meaning you can make as much as you want.
