Skilled Labor/Handyman Position - Part Time

We are seeking one or two experienced and dependable handy people to assist with a range of small- and medium-scale projects. This part-time opportunity offers the potential to transition to a full-time role as our project volume grows. Assignments vary in length, from short-term tasks lasting a few hours to several days, requiring versatility and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities • General Repairs: Responsibilities include drywall repair, patching, fence maintenance, and addressing minor structural concerns. • Painting: Duties involve surface preparation, priming, and painting of both interior and exterior spaces. • Basic Plumbing: Tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing or repairing sinks and toilets are expected. • Minor Installations: This includes installing shelves, mounting televisions, assembling furniture, and adding fixtures. • General Labor: Various other tasks as needed on-site will also be assigned. Qualifications • Relevant Experience: Demonstrated skills in repair work, painting, and basic plumbing are required. • Own Tools: Candidates must supply their own basic hand and power tools suitable for a range of jobs. • Dependability: Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role. • Problem-Solving Ability: Applicants must be adept at evaluating situations and finding effective solutions. • Physical Fitness: The position involves manual labor, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing. • Transportation: A reliable means of transportation is necessary to travel between job sites.
