The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on single family rental in the grater Tallahassee area. Must have clean back ground and driving record. Must have smart phone that works . Basic tools ie; drill, bits, tape, hammer, saw, square and light electric tools ie; screw drivers wire stripers Transportation is a must!!! Tool Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in HVAC installations and repairs. Learning: Learn from experienced technicians and installers, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in HVAC systems and procedures. Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers and team members, providing support as needed during projects. $15.00- $18.00 Requirements: High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent. 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field. Valid driver’s license. Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. Working knowledge of boiler systems. (Preferred) Knowledge of balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays Ability to work in confined spaces.
