Remodelers/ Carpenters (Radnor)

Come join our family owned remodeling company! We've served the greater Delaware area for over 30 years. We are currently looking for a few experienced tradesmen with the desire to create a long-term professional opportunity within our organization. We are looking for people with a variety of experiences from electrical to plumbing, kitchens and bathroom, framing to drywall. We have a large volume of historical and semi-historical properties along with newer homes that we work with. Comfort in the various types of construction is a plus. Based on day to day needs you may work alone, in a team or as a team lead. Ability to produce quality workmanship and have integrity. Requirements in addition to work experience: Valid Drivers License (not optional) Working Vehicle (not optional) Basic tools Ability to lift 30 - 80 pounds, normal industry materials Availability to work 40+ hours a week Able to climb ladders It includes the following benefit opportunities for employees: Paid holidays, vacations and sick time, fuel allowance, uniforms, and we have a company truck for use on occasional need.
