General contractor looking to hire multi skilled tradesmen to do drywall, painting, finish carpentry, cabinets, plumbing, flooring, tile or any combination of trades. We specialize in repair work. Must be able to blend/match textures. Carpentry includes baseboards and casing. Hanging doors is a plus. We repair closet organizers and install cabinetry. Most jobs are smaller repair work. Primary plumbing tasks include water heater detach/reset, and install of finish, toilets, and appliances- no re-pipes or heavy lifting. Opportunities for prevailing wage work performing above trades. Personal vehicle allowance, tools provided, health insurance. This is a full time position. Part of the application process includes background check and drug testing. Must have good driving record.
