A residential carpenter for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company must have the skill set, knowledge, and willingness to do a variety of tasks. At a minimum the carpenter needs to be able to do demolition, framing, interior and exterior trim, window installation, insulation, basic drywall, cabinet installation, and painting. Additional skills not required but always welcome include more advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, floor installation, and tile installation would be awesome. There is advancement opportunities for a carpenters to grow with the company. Must be in good physical condition and able to accomplish standard construction tasks. Full Time career position. Report to the shop everyday and drive Company Vehicle to job site. Must have drivers license, be dependable, detail oriented and hard working. Company supplied tools and uniforms. Must be OK with ladders. Health care, paid vacation, and paid holidays after 90 days. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, add and subtract basic fractions, and can identify and describe the use of standard construction tools.
