American Fence is growing fast and we’re looking to expand our team! We’re currently hiring for the following full-time positions: Available Positions: Lead Fence Installer • Requirements: Minimum 2 years of lead experience • Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour (based on experience) • Must pass Lead Test Second Man • Requirements: 1 year of experience • Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour • Must pass Second Test Third Man • Requirements: 6 months of experience • Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour All positions require: • A valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel for out-of-town jobs • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Experience with small machinery and hand tools • Transportation to and from the office ⸻ What We Offer: • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday • Weekly pay (Every Friday) • Per Diem: $50/night for out-of-town work + company-paid lodging • Medical insurance: 50% paid by the company • Additional Benefits: • Dental & vision insurance • Life insurance (up to $100K guaranteed) • Long-term & short-term disability • Paid vacation and sick leave • Company gear provided ⸻ Join a Team That Stays Busy Year-Round!
