Description

We have both Facilities Maintenance Professionals and Apartment Turning positions in the city of Indy. All positions require a 7 year criminal background check while some require a Sheriff Background to enter higher profile city buildings. Key Responsibilities: - Preventive Maintenance - General Plumbing - Basic Electrical - HVAC - Grounds keeping - Communication / Training - Keeping work stations clean and organized - Working alongside contractors as needed Ideal candidates will have some experience with all competencies but may not be an expert. If you have some experience in Hotel or Apartment maintenance you may be a fit. These are long term opportunities with consistent 40 hour work weeks. Leaders with Advanced skills can earn over $30 per hour while modest experience start closer to $23 per hour. Proficiency with basic computer skills and mobile technology for reporting. Compensation: 50.00 an hour after benefits.
