Much of the work we do with our team is remodel, finish work and punch list items. Must be able to work independently without supervision and lead other team members to create an efficient crew. Willingness to help with dock building projects and excavation when not busy with carpentry work is beneficial. We are based in Olympia. However, much of our work is in Mason and Pierce Counties. Qualifications  2+ years of hands-on experience installing underground utilities in a construction environment.  Ability to read and interpret construction plans and city specifications.  Proficient in setting and checking grades.  Strong understanding of safe trenching and shoring practices.  Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
