Are You Exceptional? We are looking for exceptional lead carpenters and foreman! We are currently looking to hire a bags on Framing Foreman to joint our team. The project foreman to provide guidance and supervision to the project team involved in custom home and winery construction projects. The Framing Foreman's responsibilities include but are not limited to assigning and explaining tasks to the project team, responding to clients requests and needs, and regularly inspecting work done by the project team to ensure that it conforms to plans and specifications. You must be able to be a team player and work with the project manager or Superintendent to meet production and quality goals. Foreman's Responsibilities • Understand and comprehend construction documents including building plans. • Communicating with employee's and clients in a respectful manner. • Calculating labor and materials as needed for field extra work orders. • Create and monitor project schedules. • Supervise carpenters and subcontractors • Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry. • Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team and keep daily records.
