Northern California Sign Company has a part-time position open for a weekend sign waver. The days are Saturday and Sunday 4-6 hours per day. Candidates must be 18 years or older, reliable, energetic and a team player. This is a good source for a second income or part time student work. You will be directing new home buyer traffic to a new home community. This is a payroll position paid every Friday by check or direct deposit. Reliable transportation may be required. Maintain residents work orders with utilizing our system to verify all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and the resident’s satisfaction. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field. Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills. Skills and Requirements Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions. Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy. Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required Must comply with all safety requirements. Required to complete and successfully pass the Project Management Inc. Fair Housing, Health & Safety Training, and Sexual Harassment Training within the first 30 days of employment.
