Part-Time Experienced Receptionist Wanted for Dog Grooming Salon! We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in a friendly, fast-paced dog grooming salon! About the Role This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who genuinely loves both pets and people. You will thrive in our positive environment, which is often busy, energetic, and sometimes messy or noisy—but always rewarding! • Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (with one Saturday off per month). • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, dependent on experience. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities We require strong customer service and organizational skills, along with the following: Qualifications: • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar client-facing role. • Must be proficient with PCs and comfortable using scheduling software. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products for basic document handling. • Ability to safely and comfortably handle a variety of dogs. Responsibilities: • Client Management: Warmly greeting clients and their pets, answering phones, and processing payments. • Scheduling & Operations: Efficiently managing appointments and conveying instructions accurately between clients and groomers. • Facility Upkeep: Assisting with daily cleaning tasks, including laundry, vacuuming, mopping, and light duties like watering plants, to ensure the salon stays clean and welcoming. Catering Company operating in Weehawken NJ hiring - Chef: At least 5 years experience in busy kitchen is required. Chef will be responsible to inventory stock, order supplies, develop new menus as needed and manage kitchen operations/staff.
