This is a live-in position with full room, board, and utilities included (a value of about $1,200 per week) as part of total compensation.
In addition, the caregiver will provide approximately 15 hours of active care per week (light duties, meals, and transportation) at $12 per hour.
The live-in arrangement is considered part of overall compensation, so the weekly cash pay is modest — the focus is on providing a comfortable home environment and meaningful companionship in exchange for part-time assistance.

About the Position:
Seeking a kind, reliable, and patient live-in caregiver to assist a sweet 80-year-old woman with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and anemia. The role offers room and board (including meals) in exchange for part-time caregiving support.
Schedule and Responsibilities
Dialysis Transportation:
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
Arriving at US Renal 15 minutes before chair time.
Provide transportation to and from U.S. Renal (approximately 6 hours total per week of driving)
Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance required
Daily Duties 3 days per week:
Prepare meals and snacks
Offer daily companionship and conversation
Assist with showers as needed
Laundry once per week
Change bed linens on Saturdays
Clean bathrooms (Saturdays) and kitchen/dishes daily
Care for houseplants
Run light errands or grocery shop as needed
About 15 hours per week,
$12 hour $180 per week
Meal Schedule:
Must be familiar with Renal diet, phosphate free and preservative free healthy meals.
Tue/Thu/Sat: 2 meals + snacks
If Live-in Meals M-W-F
You can work outside the home on Dialysis off days: M-W-F Sunday

Likes baking, crafts, and watching TV or movies together
Willing to assist with light personal care and household tasks
Back or foot rubs are a bonus, plus putting lotion on legs and arms after showers.
