: Full-time / Temporary Project-Based Starting SEPT 8th Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Construction Cleaning Technicians to join our team for a high-profile cleaning project at Hangar 1, Moffett Federal Airfield. This role involves performing detailed final and post-construction cleaning to prepare the facility for use. Candidates must be safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning of all assigned areas including: Pressure washing of slab Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning fire alarm closets and electrical rooms Dusting, wiping, and polishing doors, frames, and hardware Cleaning grates, storefront glass & frames, glazing, and metal panels as per scope Remove construction dust, debris, and residue from surfaces, floors, and fixtures Operate cleaning equipment (pressure washers, vacuums, etc.) safely and effectively Follow all site safety protocols Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet deadlines Maintain a professional appearance and conduct while on-site Requirements Prior construction cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Comfortable working at heights (where required) Must be able to pass background checks and comply with federal site access requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Start date October 13th

Swimming pool experience is a plus. • Availability – On top of the 5 day work week, technician must be willing to be in an on-call rotation for 24/7 maintenance emergencies. This responsibility is shared between many staff members. On average each member is on-call one out of 4 weeks. Travel to sister sites may be required. • Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. • High School Diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is required. • Must have a valid driver's license • May be required to help with coverage at sister properties (we pay for mileage) COMPENSATION • Competitive wage, depending on experience. Currently offering $25.00/hr plus monthly, quarterly, and milestone bonuses • Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision insurance and 401K.
