👷 Now Hiring: General Laborer (Construction Support) 📍 Location: 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 💲 Pay: TBD – Tell us your expectations and what sets you apart! About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Laborer to join our team! If you’re physically fit, safety-conscious, and ready to support a busy construction and trucking operation, we’d love to hear from you. This role includes general site work, assisting drivers and operators, and helping keep things running smoothly day-to-day. Job Requirements: ✅ Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials ✅ Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ✅ Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials ✅ Reliable transportation and consistent attendance ✅ Ability to follow safety protocols and take direction ✅ Must be willing to join a Drug & Alcohol Consortium (testing required) ✅ Team player attitude with a strong work ethic Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus): ⭐ Forklift certification ⭐ Experience with traffic control or flagging ⭐ Basic mechanical knowledge ⭐ Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer: • Consistent weekday hours (minimal nights/weekends) • A safety-first work environment • Opportunity for training and advancement • Supportive and experienced team
