Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Customer Service, Invoicing, and Inventory management Representative to join our team. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, handle invoicing processes, assist with inventory management, provide sales support, and assist in the shipping department to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Assist customers with product/service information and support • Perform Inside Sales duties with a goal towards increasing revenue • Process Sales orders/invoices accurately and efficiently • Assist the shipping department when needed to ensure timely order delivery • Inventory management, including stock tracking and locating products • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, shipping, and inventory • Collaborate with team members on service, quality, invoicing, and inventory processes Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Basic knowledge of invoicing, inventory management, and shipping procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Prior experience in customer service is required • Proficiency in MS Office and Sage software required Benefits: • Competitive salary • Supportive team environment • Health insurance benefits after probationary period
