Trailer space is approx. 24'x30', max length of trailer should be 28' including tongue. Move in as early as Monday the 6th. Small plastic or aluminum sheds ok, no wood structures for storage allowed. Has sewer and electric hookups. Picture same space with and without trailer. Tree will be cut back and site will be clean from debris. You provide your own sewer hoses to sewer drain. This is a non-smoking space, no exceptions. We are full as far as park rules on pets but service animals are welcome. Located off S Auburn Street, near McKnight Way exit off GV Hwy/49. Laundry on site, easy access to bus stops and many stores including Target, SPD, Big 5, Raley's, JC Penny and many restaurants. Please call, text or email.
