Medical Transcriptionist/Data Input

I'm a physician looking for someone part-time that I can transcribe medical record information to who can then input the data to Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system Experienced only. I've practiced for a number of years and the new system allows me to consistently get behind. If someone has any advice for someone in my position and has other ideas with regard to my issues please let me know. I'm willing to compensate you. For years I didn't have any difficulty at all with transcription. When the new system was implemented, no matter how hard I tried to pronounce words in a clear and concise manner there were simply too many words the system didn't understand. Consequently, my days off are used catching up. Thank you.
