We are seeking a talented and experienced Line Cook/Garde Manger to join our culinary team and assist our chefs in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Maintain clean, dry floors throughout the shift. Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition. Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
