Excellent leadership and team management skills, humble and able to teach and learn. Strong coordination, time management, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to work with variety of people. Ability to problem solve quickly in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual is preferred. Basic computer skills for reporting purposes. Physical Requirements: Work outside in all weather conditions.
