Maloney Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer What You Will Do: The Maintenance Technician will be based at Presidential Gardens, a 200-unit community in Bradford, MA. You will also support a property in Nashua, NH as needed. The work hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. Responsibilities include completing work orders, turnovers, preventative maintenance, general building repairs, and groundskeeping. Your Qualifications Residential maintenance experience is preferred. Experience with general maintenance to include painting, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC are required. Knowledge of Yardi is plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is required.
