In the games, participants work together to solve clues and puzzles in a race to beat the clock before time runs out. Required experience: • 2+ years working with the public / customer service • Theatrical or performing experience is a plus - but is not required. Job description and responsibilities: • Serve as game masters inside the escape rooms during games, providing hints to participants if needed, and insuring that rules are being followed. • After the game, explain to participants how to arrive at puzzle solutions. • Set up and reset the game rooms, and insure the games run smoothly. • Greet participants in reception area as they arrive and check them in. Explain the procedures, review the rules, and answer questions. • Perform light cleaning duties and basic maintenance of room props. Qualifications: Customer service and experience working with the public is required. We're looking for people who are both personable and outgoing, well-organized and detail-oriented. You must be able to deal with different types of personalities in a calm and professional manner. You must be able to work as part of a team. Hours: Weekend availability is required - both Saturdays and Sundays. Please apply only if you are fully available on weekends.
